When I speak, I suddenly experience my heart pumping fast, sweating, blockage below the chest area, pain in the head (feels like my head is being squeezed), nervousness, and anxiety. These sometimes inhibit the flow of my speech. I’ve heard of lemon balm, Centella Asiatica, and lavendar. Has anyone tried these?
