slow deep breaths with my eyes closed. i try to think positive during it and it seems to help. also chewing gum. it take my mind off of things.

It isn’t easy. I have my alone time when my daughter is playing and after she is in bed asleep. When she is playing in her room I grab a good book and curl up on the couch and read, after she goes to bed I run a hot bath and soak for a long time and not think about anything.

Dear Mark: Yes I have. I had the same problem with taking prescription drugs for my own anxiety. I now use a natural supplement blend called Panicyl that works well for me.
